Debt Collector:Immediately upon answering says that the call will be monitored, etc. When asked to identify themselves, the call was dropped.

Calls many times during day. Leaves no messages on voicemail

They call everyday, never leave a message. I called them back. Spanish speaker had to put me through to someone who spoke English. She said that she removed my number from their list. We'll see. They confirmed it was telemarketing.

Caller could not be specific but he recieved my wife's cell # claiming his company was hired by the State of Texas because they were "so good and accurate with this sort of paperwork,er, stuff". He said there were a few responsibilties on our part including $93 dollars per person. When I asked him for a # to call him back he said sure, but hung up!

This is First Credit Services. I have reported them to the BBB, the FCC and my attorney has sent them many letters. I filed Chapter 7 last April and they are still calling. Guess I'm gonna have to file charges.
